Once we receive your completed forms our Client Care team will begin the registration process. This includes reviewing the forms and ensuring all of the documentation is fully completed and meets Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) standards. Next, we contact your physician or nurse practitioner to validate your information, as required by Health Canada. At this point it’s up to your physician or nurse practitioner to respond to our inquiries before we can conclude the registration process. This is why some patients take longer to register than others, some taking a few hours and others up to a several business days. If you have questions or concerns about the length your registration is taking, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To start the Emerald registration process, please click here.
